He may not have played anyway but this is a strange situation.

Although going off the articles it seems we were waiting on documents to come over from Brazil. So maybe it's a hold up on Palmeiras side that has caused it?

Either way, they should've had everything in place as soon as he arrived.
 
After being here for 2 weeks I would have thought that we might have at least have seen a photo of him in a City shirt. Not too much to expect.
It is all very strange, especially as the club do not think it necessary or for some reason are unable to keep the fans informed.
Lack of information leads to sorts of assumptions, many of which will be wrong.
Why the silence?
 
And to think we thought he just missed out on WHU away. The worry is that before we know it it's next Saturday and he's still not registered.

Best keep a low profile .keeping under the radar is the best bet .less chance to get slagged of by the media
