Is this right? For the PL, you can sign players on a free any time during the season can't you? In which case you must be able to register them any time during the season. And since we've signed him already, surely we can register him any time?
That said, if there's opportunity for the FA to interpret the rules to our detriment, well they would, wouldn't they.

Remember when some of us thought he could even be on the bench for the West Ham cup game? Fuck me he's still not registered! What a shambles, only we could do this, sign a player then take forever to get him registered. I love this club but there testing my patience these days
