Actually it says "Manchester City are poised to announce Gabriel Jesus is now eligible to play for Pep Guardiola’s side, with the club hopeful of receiving confirmation on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning." which is more news than we've had for a while.
Hmmmmm. I missed the "Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning" 'news', but anyway since the sentence revolves around the word "hopeful", it really confirms nothing. Of course I hope it proves to be correct.

He's just been added to the EPL official fantasy football league.
