Pep's really impressed me at other clubs by leaving them in a better state than he joined them. He's replaced some top notch players over the years with exciting youngsters and most (even the best) managers tend to stick with what they have for as long as they're useful to them.

Very interesting that he's doing the same at the start of his reign at City - hopefully very promising for him to have a squad that he'll have largely designed.
