I've had experience of Brazilian paperwork, my bet would be problems at their end. Who knows ?Because it makes us look like a joke. Who cares I hear you say, but I care and millions of potential new City supporters care. We want our image to be one of total professionalism, not that of a bunch of incompetent muppets.

1. It's not about when Pep is willing to play him, it's not about that at all. You have to get a player registered before anything.
2. It's not a "6 months" thing, it's a 2 week situations because you can only register new players once a window opens.
3. It's not City's fault it's Palmeiras and the old 3rd party people. They have to fix that issue in Brazil because as we know third party stuff is banned in the PL. Same stuff happened with Marlos Moreno except Palmeiras and Gabriel Jesus' people had a blow up over the % split of money owed which is also why the initial transfer took so long. Also remember Palmeiras was mad that Gabriel chose us for less money than other clubs were willing to pay and Palmeiras wanted the lion share of that to compensate money lost.
This could've been all solved quickly if there probably wasn't a bad ending to the relationship of all the rights holders.

What I was trying to put aćross was, from the outside, it looks as though he has been left out in the cold by the club. Together with the anti-doping debacle, it hasn't been a good week for our officials
