Galaxy 5 tablet update

A recent software update has caused me problems when trying to post on various sites, tho not here.
Keyboard response is so slow there is no point trying. Also virtual keyboard keeps stopping. Tried alternative browsers with no luck. Any one else using android device having problems ? Any ideas welcomed.

I asked Samsung the same question. They said they could do this remotely, but unlike windows the user has no access to the OS. I m hoping to avoid the remote palaver.
