Intercity who are the third party Samsung use for repairing their phones in the UK aren't that amazing either if you see my latest update on that thread (3 week repair turnaround). Samsung don't repair their phones direct.
I could have just not said anything, but thought it would be useful for the guy to know so he isn't just blinded by a good offer.

As it's insured, you'll be fine mate (exchange or at least a temporary phone whilst being repaired). But if you aren't and have to deal with the manufacturer's warranty, it's been a pain in the arse for me.
