Just watched both episodes and starting to get pretty good, except it was 50 mins through the first episode before I saw any proper action.

The dwarf is also starting to become my favourite character, I might have a small amount of man love for him. Up until now, it has not disappointed and the story is twisting and turning. I'm eager to find out what them 'halflings' are all bout in the North.

Dinklage is an outstanding actor, and they really did a terrific job with all of the casting. Though personally I envisioned a little different from Stanis, appearance wise. I was expecting maybe a younger-looking Robert in his prime, but he's very average looking, at least for someone people are supposed to worship.
Stannis isn't loved?

Caught up with the 2 episodes last night, brilliant and can't wait for the rest.

All getting a bit tangled though but managing to grasp it so far...

There are a number of Kings who are marching/wanting the Iron Throne, Stark, Stannis, the other brother, and Greyjoy is or isn't going to help Rob Stark?

And also where is Stannis' castle? Was looking at a map of Westeros and didn't know where, for me I like to know the geography haha geek I know.

And also, where is Stannis's Brother hiding at, not seen him the first 2 eps

When this series is finished I'm going to buy the books, and read ahead.

For any of you who read the books i need you to console me after i read the 'R.W' last night....

*If you do not read the books or just watch the series stay as far as way from it as possible!

I feel for you mate I was literally devastated after reading the R.W. it was so bleeding gutting. After the R.W. I think I stopped reading the books for a couple of weeks I just couldn't get back in to it for a while.

So episode 3...

I am let down by this episode, nothing really happens until the end. Episode 2 ended on a very interesting note, only to be followed by a quick 10-20s continuation in episode 3. Maybe it is just the size of the show, but i think it is going really slow. Did we learn something important in this episode? I don't think so. Maybe a few things, but to be honest i could of missed this episode without losing anything important in the story. It can be summarized in about a min or so.

Plot getting thicker. love the way the clever wee man stitches up the lords to catch out the bad apple. Clever stuff. Can't wait for ep.4 to come out.

Must say I found ep3 slightly disappointing.

Only decent things to note is the 'action' we get right at the end of the episode and Tyrian's sneaky plan to sniff out the untrustworthy.

Hope it picks up soon.

Thats what pisses me off about it fantastic show BUT GOD is it slow. I know they are doing it to get longer contracts but they will lose fans.

They have to follow the books though? Yeah it might be slow, but it's telling the story, the writers have to split the book(s) into 10 eps remember and try and get what they think is important, otherwise fans of the books will also complain of the lack of detail. Chill people.
I liked the third ep, was good to see Tyrian's intelligence at playing the politics role and shows his character alot more to the audience, and Greyjoy's son being 'given' away and how he now has to make that choice of obeying his birth father or going back to where he grew up and maybe where his loyalty really lies
