That's not a spoiler, it's a theory, it seems the most likely one but still a theory, the only living character who knows is Howland Reed and we've not met him in the books or TV series yet.
I know that it hasn't been revealed but that's a theory based on post-TV show info, right? No-one could guess the 2nd name based off the TV show so far

No the TV show has covered it (ned talking about rescuing his sister and fighting sir Barstein and stuff before that) but not in as much detail. If anything the latter books start pointing elsewhere to someone else.

The tv show very lightly brushed over it, the biggest flashback happened when ned was injured fighting jamie but the tv show ignored it. also has the tv show even mentioned the tourney at harrenhall? also none of these are spoilers they are just guesses 2nd guesses and theories.
