Have you tried PC Specialist as well as Scan? They also do decent pre builds for your budget. There are a couple of PC builders on this forum who may build a PC for that price if you PM them.

If building your own then https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/guide/ is a good starting point and gives you an idea of what you can get at different price points, you do need add operating system and monitor/keyboard/mouse costs though. https://mrkeyshop.com/en/ is a good place for cheaper Windows 11 keys.
