Garage mechanic crashed my car! Advice needed.

Is it possible it was in an accident on the road somewhere? Do you know the mileage before you took it in?

That's what I was thinking , I know you took photos of the car but have they showed you what it hit? If it was another vehicle, wall , fence etc you should take photos of that too to show paint transfer ( or lack of ) .

Exactly. Look to see if there is paint transfer that isn't the colour of what it hit... and if that wall doesn't have some kind of damage/material transfer... it might give you some proof.

Yep. I'll donate the bricks if needed, although she's sheltered if she's never robbed a building site.
