I've only read his comments on the MEN site but I don't see anything disrespectful about what he's said. In fact quite the opposite - he basically said that City have a very strong squad and that it should be a great game.
He added that we gave them a footballing lesson at WHL this season.

He also said that he saw no reason why Spuds couldn't get a result, but I'd hardly expect him to say they were coming up here to get a good hiding.

Nothing wrong with any of that, IMO.

Yes but there's an agenda don't you know!

Someone will, can guarantee it!

Only stating the possibility. After Edin scored last night I was fearful that despite the chances we had Wigan would do us. Spurs play some decent football and will be a handful. I should think it will be the most difficult match we've had at The Etihad this season.

Kyle Walker, immediately after our game last night, tweeted, "Manc City are there for the taking boys #COYS"

Bale didn't say anythng wrong but it is clear that both the Spurs players and Redknapp do seem to like talking to the press about us. It was the same last season.

I agree, but if we put our chances away it wont be a problem. We will create more chances than them. We just need Aguero to put his away. He has missed far too many in recent games.
