Don't believe for one second that the fee will be that high. Modric and Madrid have the initiative here.

I agree, would love us to sign him but I just can't see it, certainly not this year. Spurs won't sell him and Modric in the same transfer window, they're not desperate for cash or anything. Plus Bale's only just signed a new contract.
