I am a genious. In the "Which player do you think will improve most with Mancini?" thread a few days ago, i posted the following:

If he organises the team better (which i expect him to do), and creates better links between defence and midfield, and midfield and attack, then i think Gareth Barry will be the most improved player and produce his early season form every week. We have been extremely unorganised at times this season, and tend to lose the midfield battle. With better organisation, Barry could run games for us, as opposed to being run over by his opponent.

Don't get big headed but your correct today we bossed the midfield and looked organised which is an incredible contrast to the Spurs game allbeit that was stronger opposition.

second half he was good, but first half he had a stormer, took responsibility today and ran the game, he's had a bad 6 weeks, hes been very poor imo but today would of done him a world of good, he looked like the proper gareth barry we all know.

MOTM and the timing could not have been better for him. I have actually been starting to wonder if he was quite the steal I first thought he was in the summer but perfomances underline how well Hughes did to get him.

Best player by far today. Didn't do a thing wrong. Strange a couple of matches ago he couldn't get a thing right. Hopefully he willl sustain it. We certainly need him to.
