Does anyone think the clueless papers and Sky who lambasted GB for joining City instead of their belovoed Red dippers will apologise to him for making the RIGHT decision for him to play Champions League football next season - they all said he came City for the money.
 
Thats a good point! I think they may have forgot about that now, wouldn't have got much champs league football there this year anyway. Barry was a true believer
 
the real GB turned out today. completely ran the midfield.

great timing to have the player we bought back.
 
I thought he was superb today, won't get the headlines but he ran the midfield and some of his passing was sublime
 
Practically every player who joins us will be accused of coming here for the money , Gareth Barry knows that , and he knew what he was getting into ....

to his credit he's just getting on with his job , and i dare say he'll afford himself a wry smile if we finish in 4th spot ...... and Aston Villa or Liverpool don't!
 
He did it all today - broke up play and was creative when it called for. So much for that degenerate crack-ed Merson thinking the brum midfield would overrun us with the prowess of...Barry ferguson...yes i remember your first spell in the prem with blackburn - and it was shite! haha
