Barry was probably close to player of the season for first 10 to 12 games he's had a bad time last few games, most players have bad spells but brings very little to the party? rank west brom 2-2 at O.T.? do me a favour.

The whole team went upfield for a free-kick which was shot directly at goal anyway, lunacy! No mate, it's just some people have patently never kicked a ball anger. Barry's an unsung hero, team's concede free kicks, and usually it happens on the edge of the box because that's when intervention becomes crucial. Would they rather he stood to the side and showed them through? "No I insist, after you!"
Did WBA score from any of those free kicks you faint hearted wimps?

I'll tell you what impresses me most about Barry is the way he wins the ball by turning with his back to the player and creating space for himself. Class, and he does it time and time again. Very under rated. Some of you lot need to stop listening to dullard pundits and fans of other teams moaning about another Engerland disappointment.

2 of the most sensible posts on this thread, Barry has been great most of this season, he does a job that some people simply fail to notice. He's one of the first names on Bobby's sheet for a reason.

Barry is the latest in a long line of City midfielders whose qualities go unappreciated (De Jong was one until not long ago). As previously mentioned, he's one of the first names on the team sheet for a reason.

Come off it, it was fucking embarrassing. Its not like it was a straight race, Barry had a 10 yard start on him in a 30 yard race and lost by 5 yards. Barry moved like he was running through treacle with ice skates on so when I am talking about how slow Barry is I think its extremely relevant and appropriate to give examples of said slowness! He was up against Ozil not Usain Bolt!
