Last season i felt he was a serious liability but this season after getting to grips a little more with the prem i think hes been decent. Not sure if hes still injured but i dont think Ball has warranted a place in front of him (Ball is unable to attack to save his life and thinks hes a 3rd centre back when the opposition are attacking).
I have a bad feeling Hewsy is gonna end up losing Garrido for a player more to his aggressive style of play at Blackburn in Ball. Dont know if everyone else feels the same, but i think if we can get any money for Ball in the window then let him go pleeeease. Have to admit to feeling sorry for Garrido, he put much more effort into his play this season than last.

Hes the reason i posted this mate, hes obviously first choice now but i have a feeling Hewsy is gonna get rid of Garrido and keep Ball..?

Spoke to Garrido post game on Sat when he was doing his run thru with Glauber (no really, he was there honest) and Clayton. The impression i got was that he thinks hes staying and fighting for his place. I think looking at body language Ball knows full well he is going.

Garrido imo along with ireland are the 2 most improved players this season, last year i thought garrido was not consistent enough, this season it looks like he settled in and has the knowledge for the english game, obviously i prefer bridge as he is the better player but it will be good for garrido himself to work harder and try to earn his starting place

Garridos gonna warm the bench until Bridge gets suspended/injured. Ball should fuck off and never return.

Cant remember which thread it was in, may have been the Ajay one, but apparently we have turned down two offers for Garrido.

Hated him from when we were embarresed 6-0 by chelsea...shown a huge improvement this year, would like to see him kept as 2nd choice

Just about to read through the other Garrido thread as I feel he would make an ideal left sided midfield player, at least until Petrov returns.

He's definitely a useful player to have around, especially on the bench. Very competent on the ball and getting forward. He will be second fiddle to Bridge but hes still only what, 21?
