Anybody else think Garrido had a Solid Performance?

I thought he played well, and alongside Ireland, he was one of the only rays of sunlight

tbh I thought he was as good as Bridge has been in recent weeks....

I for one will not be worried if he lines up on Thursday

He did well today garrido, when i saw he was playing i totally wrote him off, fair play to the lad he did very well considering he's hardly played any football for a while.

^^^^^^^ couple of good blocks / tackles aswell.

They were all shite today, so I wouldn't say he had a good game, however he definitely wasn't the worst although he wasn't tested as much as the other wing. He's still not good enough for me though, and I wasn't impressed when his head kept going down after his bad passing, that to me shows me the difference between good and not so good players.

But i'm gonna take this to praise Garrido for once as I never usually do as he usually shits me up and is usually shite. So fair play Garrido, you wasn't the worst.

to be fair it wasnt hard to stand out yesterday! if somebody played averagely yesterday they would have been one of our better players!

A very dodgy player that I NEVER EVER EVER feel safe with but today he was ok, and he has done some decent performances throughout, but the one problem with this guy is that he will always makes us nervous. Consistency where? :\

All credit to the lad. He came in today, was expecting some what of a disaster. But not at one point during the game did I pause and think, "man, we really miss Bridge". If only all the players showed this amount of desire once they've lost their places in the side. He kept on forcing the issue down that left hand side and there was some evidence to suggest that he still has a good understanding with Petrov down that left side. More of the same in the next game if Bridge is out please Mr. Garrido. Well played.

I think he did well, certainly no worse than Bridge. Got forward well and linked up with Petrov well

For some reason when he starts a game he seems ok, when he comes on as sub it takes him a while to find the pace of the game

Had a good game yesterday, been saying all year he's a good player. Still this board goes into meltdown as soon as he makes a mistake and for some reason people single him out in games where he's only been on the pitch 10 minutes. He was playing very well before Bridge came and didn't deserve to be dropped the way he was, especially with Bridge's early form. Still, Bridge has improved and deserves to be no.1 but Garrido is quality back-up and deserves more respect from our fans.
