Fair play to the bloke.

Have to say i wasnt there but reading the party threads Gary Cook made a big effort.

Made a monumental mistake on Friday night which pissed many City fans off and rightly so. And it would have been so easy for him to have developed a sudden headache last night or another more urgent appointment had arisen, so as not to run the potential gauntlet of fury from some blues.

But he didnt.

He kept his promise, attended the party and fronted it up. It takes a big set of Gonads to go there last night just 24 hours after the gaf when the anger with some would still have been a bit raw when he could have simply made an excuse and not attended.

Respect to the man.

And absolutely no respect to those who tried to make trouble for a man who made a simple mistake

I know. Why couldn't they just laugh about it? I'd be ripping the piss out of him for the rest of the night.

Just gonna go and have a word with Alex Ferguson, Garry, you know, our manager. What's the view like from the Old Trafford director's box? Do you regret selling Cristiano Ronaldo, you ****?
