Crooks picks Zab as his right back in his team of the week and adds.

I thought that was quite interesting.

Did you know? Since 2010, Man City have conceded 0.66 goals per game when he starts compared to 0.98 when he doesn't.

I wonder whether any other City player has such an impact on the team's performance. We've all got our idea on who City's key players are. I would not have put Zabaleta in that category, and I prefer Richards, and Maicon at right back for their extra ability in the final third.

I think Zab is pretty damned good in the final third...

Definitely MoM on Sunday and on most occasions he's played in recent weeks. He suffers from being multi-talented and able to fill in, at LB or in midfield. Works his bollocks entirely off, plays hard but bears no grudges at the final whistle. If I were in Micah's shoes I'd be focussing on whether I couldn't start to play as right-sided MF.

I think he is a terrific defender however I would like to know how many goals we score when he plays and when he doesnt.
