Pfft, apparently someone offered him 70k a week but he wants 100k. Not that any player is worth that but he is defo not a 100k a week player if your going at current market prices.

Can't blame him, Chelsea are saving themselves maybe £10m on the prices quoted for him when he wasn't running down his contract. He can afford to wait for summer and go to someone on a Bosman, he'll still get at least what Chelsea are offering him if he goes to a team on a free and possibibly more if a decent paying club go in for him. He'd be good for Villa, Everton, Sunderland, Newcastle - maybe even some top 6 sides as a squad player/potential 1st teamer (I'm sure 'Arry is sniffing around somewhere with a free transfer possible).

Aye, you are right of course. It just gets my back up the silly wages offered then asking for more.
Still not a patch of poor old Cashley nearly crashing his car when he heard he ws offered like 70k a week. It is a hard life eh.
