Seems very petty to ban him for what was basically nothing. However, if they can and are willing to do that for something so minor, why the hell aren't other clubs doing the same for the likes of spitty carragher and druggy camel gob? There's a very easy way of removing those 2 in particular from jobs they have no right to be in. Ban them now!

Not really. But when they have free rein to influence millions of people into thinking how they want them to think, then it's stand up and be counted time. We should follow Forest's example and ban any journalist whose reports on us are too biased. By all means be truthful: tell it how it is, absolutely. I've no issue with be telling told we were shit when we were shit, but it would be nice to get a bit of positive recognition now and again, a focus on the plus points and not too much on the negative.

Look what has happened to the rags, and may well happen to the dippers: negative press is not permitted. Maintain the illusion that all is rosy in the garden and you'll be welcomed by the rags and the dippers. Make even one negative criticism and you'll be out on your ear.

Personally, I'd kick the agenda-ridden fuckers out, but if the plastic clubs are happy to have the sort of hacks that wrote about Freddie Starr eating a hamster (or even Elvis being alive and well and living on the moon) championing their causes, good luck to them.
