Gary Neville-Valencia coach - SACKED!

I still don't understand why Neville is there if he doesn't see a future in management.

Imagine that happened at your club. An ex-player who's never been a manager before gets randomly appointed as your manager, only for him to come out and say he doesn't really want to be a manager anyway. I'd be furious.

He's only saying that cos he's doing a shit job at it. If he was winning every game he'd be giving it the "I wanna manage the rags one day". He'll end up back on Sky with his tail between his legs and no one will take him seriously again when he "talks sense" cos we know he can't back up his words.

He's said he wants to manage/coach for around 15 years

Only because he mastered a 2-2 draw against Real Madrid.

Before that he was adamant his future didn't lie in management.

Thundercunt!

He has been in the job for a month. Still see him being an elite manager in 5 years time down the road. I know this is modern football and people want things instantly, results wise it hasn't been impressive. He is only going to get better at it in time.

Atleast if he leaves Valencia at the end of the season he can brag/boast about tactically masterminding a draw with Real Madrid, whatever happens he has the last laugh on them.

And he tactically forged a plan to limit C.Ronaldo's impact on the game as he didn't have a sniff. Something that will make his Monday Night Football analysis even more powerful.

I can't see Neville overstating his case and hopes.
