Gary Neville-Valencia coach - SACKED!

No previous managerial experience whatsoever, but walks into a plum job while other more experienced managers are left behind kicking their heels...'string pulling' at its best.

He's like one of those know-all kids you get at school; arms waving frantically while he's calling out to anyone who will listen: "Leave it to me...I know how it's done...Let me do it!" Then proceeds to fuck up in monumental fashion and all the other kids sneer and make derisory comments about him, and he goes off muttering and plonks himself down in the corner licking his wounds.

Arrogance. The rag way.

Pretty sharp of Pellegrini to be after the Valencia job. After this season there aren't many jobs he could go into knowing that he will definitely be a better manager than the person he's taking over from

It was pretty disgusting how he got the job in the first place truth be told. Some bloke off the tele.. a classic case of a footballer's playing career landing them plum jobs for no logical reason.

If I was a Valencia fan I'd be fuming.

... and business partner of the owner. That might have had something to do with it!

I've written a stern letter of complaint to Rag HQ after Sunday's game, during which they brought on some substitute fella with "Valencia" on his back, but the idiots had missed off the mandatory prefix "Gary Neville's". It really was the low point of what was all in all a bit of a shit day.

When Neville was covering Sky football he was very impressive telling everybody how the game was played and how players should be playing in certain positions and how teams should be set up etc. etc. I don't think he'll be quite as convincing next time around if he returns to his Sky job. Its all about being good at talking and not so good at actually doing the job of managing.

He has a miserable face like nothing would make him smile I'd say he's a terrible person to chat to bad man manager
