Gary Neville

What happened to you could easily happen to Spurs when you think about it.

I disagree. It hasn't been 'easy' to achieve the success we have.

Even if you're lucky enough to be taken over, it's extremely unlikely you ever will.

It's far more likely we overtake the Rags in terms of trophies one day and they'll no longer be able to win the dick-waving contest about who's bigger. It would be disastrous for their brand. That's a big driver of the 115/130 crap IMO.

That's the problem being a fan and watching the shit and having to talk about it to a huge audience after the event, hurting him like mad, trying to come across as an expert, and some desperate justification.

Don't ever forget this fucking idiot was sacked as a manager by a so called mate, and that is all he is a fucking idiot, he's basically a glorified Goldbridge or Brent whatever the cunts name is, with a bigger audience to talk to, where the majority of the audience laughing their bollocks off, at the shite they spout week in and week out.

That spitting scouse **** is no better, but we shall concentrate on GNIAC being as it is a thread about him.

Smacked arsed fucking wanker that he is
don't mince your words pal lol.

Come on good people hes pondering up to another fanbase isnt he ????
The man will stoop to anything to get hits .............bigger based on what ????? The fanbase ???,

Trophy wise i presume well i know there nothing near so what is he actually going on about and why are Man City even brought into it ???

I actually love the bigger club narrative that it somehow give you entitlement to be better than evrryone else.
We have been one f the biggest club at our level for years but guess fooking what its not helped us get out of here has it.
The fooking mans embarrasing he can see no hope for the cunts he championed for change the **** got it and guess what .........a rundown slum ground a team 15th and an owner hell bent on rippong off fans and kicking people out of there jobs ..............so big up Nevilĺe and may thrse fooking years go on and on.

Bigger club or a trophy winning one ???
I know which the majority of people would go with

There's a reason this **** was the mouthpiece and arse licker extraordinaire for Slurgie, he has no personality and just tows the party line. The fact he thinks Spurs were a "bigger" club than City just proves it. We'd won around the same amount, attendances were around the same (except when we dropped down, obviously) and we were seen as the smaller (big) clubs in our city. The guy is a ****, him and spitty having so much power there tells you everything you need to know about the football media when you have articulate guys like Nedum or Hart who won't get anywhere near that.

Nedum and Hart wont get near them because they aint cheer leaders for glory hunting fanbases or fanbases stuck in the past .........i mean out of all the commentators they have out there they have a child spitter and a two faced **** sums up sly doesnt it.
I mean shouldnt City and Chelsea have a lot more people on co coms rather than rag after rag ???

Moustache Controversy

In late 2004, due to lack of first team places with the Conservatives, Neville hired a new agent, in the form of a pre-pubescent moustache. The moustache immediately won Neville international acclaim, with Sir Alex Ferguson personally complimenting Neville, as he enjoyed the bristle like feeling during oral sex.

As Neville's playing career receded, the moustache grew in power, and came close to leaving Neville in 2005, after having an affair with Victoria Beckham. The moustache gained Neville popularity among fans everywhere, who lovingly praised how it hid at least some of Neville's rat like features. The moustache went on further to claim that Neville was in fact a closet rat and homosexual, and that once Neville had finished his world wide, gay pride tour with Roy Keane, he would settle down and raise a nest of his own. He is rumoured to have named his first child 'Neville Neville Neville Neville' in a move to repair his relationship with his strongly Christian and homophobic father. It was also estimated that in 2008 Gary Neville killed 3940 and seriously wounded another 64950 scousers because he heard a rumour that someone insulted his moustache.

Just remember folks when hating twat take great comfort that the **** is hurting big time inside :) another rag **** waking up knowing that his clubs time has passed and only being kept going by deluded tourists and bandwagon jumpers.............a fan base being ripped of by the new messiah :) a team that would look good in the championship.
A club that has gone back to the 70s a relegation fodder club a cup club better keep the manager away from the physios wife or we have completed the cycle

Not that it really matters afterall this 'bigger club" stuff is pretty meaningless but Spurs were a bigger club. Dominated the FA Cup in the days when winning the FA Cup was very big. First British team to win the double AND the first British team to win a European trophy.

It's very popular to bash Spurs these days and laugh at the lack of recent success but I think many modern fans won't realise the glory years that Tottenham once had.

As for 'Spurs couldn't even dream about' I'm sure you could have said the same about you before 2008. What happened to you could easily happen to Spurs when you think about it.

FWIW I have no problem with City at all and cheered you on vs Arsenal(obviously) and Liverpool in recent years.
1. What does 'dominated the FA Cup' mean? Winning it mostly when the year ended in one? I cannot be bothered checking the stats but by the time of our takeover, I seem to recall Spurs had been to one or two more FA Cup finals than ourselves. As it currently stands, we have been to two more finals than Spurs. While during the entire history of the FA Cup, Arsenal and United had been to more than double the number of finals than Spurs.

2. Factually incorrect. I know PNE won the double more than half a century before Spurs, while also not losing a game. I believe Villa won a double too. As you referenced 'Britain', you discount the 10+ occasions Rangers and Celtic (between them) won the double in Scotland before 1961.

I am not going to make a claim that one team is bigger than the other. ''Big' a loaded term that is defined by the bias of the individual making the point. However, I can categorically state that City have been more successful than Spurs. What would I prefer: 'success' or 'perception of being big'? I don't really need to answer that question.

Am I being too kind to Neville in my thinking. I took it as more a pop at Spurs by saying they are bigger than us and look at the vast difference in the clubs. Neville is a **** by the way.

Spurs are a big club, large fanbase, consistent and a good history. I don't believe they are bigger than us though, as many have pointed out pre takeover it was fairly level in terms of successes. Light years ahead now on many levels.

The debate surrounding how big clubs are is so tedious. It’s subjective and also irrelevant.

You could even frame it that the entitlement of a club’s fanbase is directly proportionate to the club’s size.

It’s all a load of shit this “big club” business. Created by Rags and dippers and their compliant media. The Arse, dippers and rags are the biggest clubs in England against a number of variables.
Below them are the next tier of City, Spurs, Villa, Everton and possibly Newcastle and Chelsea. All very big clubs and always will be but fortunes will change from era to era.

It is normally only spouted by the rags from what I see, all because they have little else to shout about. If my team was sat in 15th I wouldn't care how big we was. Us being far too big of a club to be in division 2 at the time didn't make that time any easier. Bunch of weirdos

Tedious or not, he's started it by spouting that, when there was no need, but you know as well as I do why he has

When Spurs won the FA Cup in 1991 it was for the then record 8th time. Sadly we haven't been back to a final since then. Yes you've been to more finals now but I'd wager a guess you've probably doubled your final appearances since 2008.

I apologise you are correct about PNE. What I should have said is we were the first English club to do the double in the 20th century. Aswell as the first British club to win a European trophy.

Tbh I'm.not bothered about this 'bigger club' stuff either. I'm well aware that Arsenal ate a bigger club than us, does that make me support Spurs any less? Of course not.

And again quite obviously you've been a more successful team now. But Neville was talking about before 2008 in which we were well ahead of you on trophies.
