Gary Speed has died

This news is unbelievable, absolutely devastating. He must have been truly tormented by something so bad that he would do this.
A fantastic professional, great player and was turning the fortunes round of the National side.
R.I.P. Gary, thoughts are with everyone associated with you.
 
To save me catching up by reading the whole thread, are we led to believe he has committed suicide?

RIP Gary.

Yep, I know this from family experience.

Thoughts are with his family and two lads.
 
Just heard a load of pop music blaring out at swansea before the game, not sure thats the right thing to do. Then again stone cold silence wouldnt really be a great alternative. I think the game (particulalry as its in wales) should have been called off for the good of football and for respect of garys family
 
Absolutely shocked and numbed by the news. My condolences and thoughts with his family. Puts everything in perspective. RIP Gary.
