Tevez doesn't have but 2 years left on his contract, and if he lasts that long I don't see him sticking around. Aguero plays a position further forward, Suarez needs a few years, Weiss probably isn't quite good enough, and Marcos Lopes is still 16. Wouldn't hurt to have him.

City already have many players to fill the two spots for an attacking midfielders.
Last year it was usually filled with Silva & Nasri, in addition to these two Yaya ,Mario, AJ and Milner can fill this position.
If some of these players are not available, then Tevez or Sergio can play as play makers with Mario or Edin playing upfront.

It is just a hunch. I agree he is perhaps the most amazing U 20 around (p.s- is Neymar 20 yet?) Anyway, both are up their amongst young players in sheer talent. Really Dax? He seems like the kind of player who is constantly gauging himself against the worlds best. I think he is quite clearly better than any other player under the age of 21. Everything about his body and athleticism suggests he will be the breadwinner of his generation.

Gut feeling..... Mmmmm. No disrespect but sounds very similar to the masses that do spread betting on the FTSE 100. Oh I think it's going up today, oh hang on maybe it's going down yeah that's it down today. Sorry Dax this guy is going to be awesome. We are dining atthe top table now. Last year we could have gone for Hazard, Pastore and Mata but didn't as we had other targets who were more of a priority. This year it's different, it's all about those players who are an upgrade to what we have and deepening the strength of the squad.
I can understand mancini's comments re 1,2 or 3 players as to find 5 or 6 who are an upgrade on what we have who are gettable is impossible. To get top players deals can easily take a year. In my humble opinion it would be less challenging for city to go after gotze than a player from say Barca. This guy will become very hot property over the coming seasons and we will lose out like we did with Hazard if we don't go for it. Yes the transfer fee will be high but the wages won't. Gotze is exactly what we need, young extremely talented would increase the depth of the squad and give us cover for Silva and Nasri.

It'll be a massive surprise if he moves there but I don't think any Spurs fan will be foaming with rage if they know anything about the player. We've got VDV and Siggy for behind the striker and Bale and Lennon for the wings, he's not the striker we desperately need at all. Liverpool fans will probably be foaming with rage but that's a given at any point in time really.
