Dowden should be more concerned that they are piping into peoples homes the "information " that Price Andrew couldn't possibly be a peado that lockdowns are anti-freedom and Enid Blyton wrote the Magnificent Seven. They are assisting the development of a stupid ignorant population...............or of course thats what they want?

The GBNewsFails twitter is busy.
As far as I can tell today, they've interviewed a Theo Pathitis (obviously not the well-known Dragon/Easybloke Theo Paphitis) without knowing that Dragon's Den is on.
The media head reporter thinks Enid Blyton wrote the Magnificent Seven.
They have a somewhat cavalier approach to names and locations, with the same reporter name added to multiple reporters, multiple names added to individual reporters, and claiming that someone outside Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge is actually in Huddersfield.
"Dewbs" appears to have never been on TV before given how much she looks away from her guest/victim and into the camera (it's presumably a standard piece of styling for serious news shows to have someone with a shortened name captioned on screen).
They also do a nice line in cutting back to presenters who think they're off screen.

The whole thing seems like a perfect metaphor for Britain in 2021. People hired entirely on the basis of their opinions rather than their competence in the job. Focusing on those in front of the camera but clearly failing to bring in any of the people who actually know how to run things.
It reminds me of those presenters who leave the BBC for money thinking that they're the reason why the show is successful. It's rarely true.

Been loving how they have tried to make a story out of Enid Blyton as if anyone gives a shit.
Woudn't mind but it isn't even new as a story, she was regularly criticised as a bigot in the height of her fame in the 50s/60s and had several books refused by her publisher for being unsuitable.
Saying that I have never read any of her books and always thought noddy was a shite children program
