my opinion is that when you level out the tax generated by immigrants with the drain they put on the NHS, there is a tiny benefit/drain on the system (depending on whose figures you believe!!) in comparison to the money involved in bureaucracy, management tiers and bungled IT/tech upgrades (partly due to bad tendering processes).
Yeah, I see your point. There are some pretty fine arguments between a lot of policies I suppose.
Oh, don't get me started on bungled IT systems I've seen first hand that shit go down in individual local councils irrespective of what party has control, nevermind central government.
But thats the public sector for you per se!
