Interesting.

It would be good to know the figure of non EU workers (Nurses) in the NHS.

That said, there would be little to no constraints on bringing fully trained and skilled nurses into the country IF we need them (which clearly we do). However I would much prefer to see a plan for the longer term where we decreased theneed for Foreign Nationals as we were training British people to do the work. BTW Nurses never had to go to University in the past, why is it such a requirement now?

This government scrapped the bursary scheme for trainee nurses (that's after their degree course with a debt of 50k) and now offer a loan system.

My heart will always be to the left but my head tells me Tory and being slagged off and shouted down doesn't really make me change my mind , it tends to harden my stance in entirely The opposite way I am afraid. Same with Brexit , mud slinging and calling people racists for having a different view isn't really a mature debate to me .
Easy choice. As I said to a woman at the food bank today .

I like all the Labour voters telling the poster not to be influenced by social media and therefore to vote Labour.

People like you give the rest of us Labour voters a bad name, or worse, you make us turn to other options because we're so embarrassed to be associated with you.
Grow a pair ffs, can't stand the Tories and would never vote for them, for the many not the few

I've fixed it. Typing too fast and it all went Suggs ways

Was it more uppers than downers.

Interestingly, we really have heard very little from the snp "down south" during the election. Usually they are very vocal on the news. Are they going all out up there as honestly we aren't seeing too much down here.

As I say I have made my decision I wavered but fell to the right. If I was swayed by social media and the popularity contest I would surely be voting labour as otherwise I am not in the cool club.

Its nothing to do with what other people are voting for. Have you not thought why there is so much venom toward the Tories? It's all been covered in here.

Continual lying about Labour's plans, continual lying about their plans (e.g. "We'll get non-EU immigration down to 100,000" - they've been saying that for 7 years!). Stealth privatisation of all public services, including NHS and selling off nuclear energy contracts recklessly to potential future enemies (Chinese are building nuclear plants here). They created a myth about Labour mismanaging and only borrowing yet the graphs are there showing the Tories are the ones who borrowed most. They don't manage the economy well, they sell off our assets for a short-term boost to their own pockets because so many of them and their spouses have vested financial interests in companies relating to Trident, other arms or private healthcare etc. Where is the long-term investment from them like Corbyn wants to bring about before it's too late? We need money long-term making schemes not giving that away to other countries every time.

All that and they've created record levels of homelessness, made people with disabilities or other health problems painfully struggle to get by etc. Record levels of suicide I imagine too.

I know, if I wanted to be in the cool caring intelligentia of the left and popular, you don't admit to voting Tory!!! I may do on here but I keep quiet elsewhere As I would be getting total abuse. They have not learnt shouting people down isn't a compelling argument to get people to agree with them.

Fair play to Corbyn though he has run a good election whatever the result,
