That doesn't alter the fact that nearly all MPs mainly vote according to their party whip, not what's in the best interests of their constituents.
Don't get me started on party fucking whips

But voters vote based on that whip. That doesn't alter the fact that nearly all MPs mainly vote according to their party whip, not what's in the best interests of their constituents.
Do you feel less secure?fuck me swp, it was May's job to sort security. Her fucking job, what she got paid for, had power with and could have made a difference for the last 6 years. What the fuck has she done to make us all feel more secure ? Go on tell me. Her fucking job.
JDI kaz.No thats not me,i'm a labour member but i can't vote for corbyn and they are so far behind the tories here that it really won't matter anyway
So voters don't elect someone to represent their best interests in Parliament? But voters vote based on that whip.
It's more that older people haven't grown up with social media so aren't as connected to it.
Social media is predominantly inhabited by the young and the young predominantly vote Labour
He'll be too old by the next one, it's now or never to kill these fox hunting, pensioner murdering, poor depriving cuntsIf tonight turns into a clusterfuck for Labour (tory majority of, say, 60+), would Corbyn's position be under threat? Would he walk?
JDI kaz.
Vote for your Local Labour MP then not Corbyn.
Tories are going to win but the % share of the national vote will be important, so every vote counts.
She's a con artist.Do you feel less secure?
Who is in charge of transport? More people killed on the roads in the last month than in terror attacks in the last 12 years.
She's already said she will change the laws so that some of those on the watch list could be prosecuted.
Flipping the figures round is not right either but you can't deny that this system is crazy , 3.8m voters are not represented , is this democracy ?But that is a healthy way to spread wealth across the breadth of the country. UKIP (as an example regardless of their policies) might not give a toss about Scotland - they could cripple Scottish economy with the policies they brought in (if in power)/voted for.
If you flip those figures around - does Scotland deserve 1 seat for their whole country because they have one of the smallest populations? Consider what their economy brings to the country - if there is only 1 person representing such a huge economy it could very quickly begin to decline (ignore Scottish parliament in this example).
Because Mavis wants to claim some kind of Brexit mandate based not only on seats won but the % share of the national vote. Why do you think % of national vote is that important?

It would also accentuate what a pile of bollocks our electoral system is.Because Mavis wants to claim some kind of Brexit mandate based not only on seats won but the % share of the national vote.

It's important because of Brexit. On assumption most of us Labour are against hard brexit the country needs to hold Tories to some sort of account through grass roots and social mediaWhy do you think % of national vote is that important?
I certainly think social media is changing things people overate the effect of newspapers and tv as influences but you would be surprised how many older folk use the internet. My mother is 70 and she is on social media a lot more than me simply because she has time. It's not a young persons game anymore.
All Tory voters were young once and just like the last election you don't get many getting vocal over them. I don't think as a party they are liked much. I'm amazed that labour doesn't take advantage. Blair did briefly.
