If they're after Hernandez then it must mean they aren't getting Tierney from Arsenal. Thats a hit to their transfer budget

If they can pull off the Chiesa signing alongside Chiesa then they massively improve as a team. Obviously the players will need to adapt but they are both top class. Good ages for the 2 of them as well.

Difference is they thinking of loaning a player they paid 60m for last summer we loan players who we buy at young age for a small fee..
