General transfer rumours

If the bolded above is true, why are you so worried?

That's the exact reason why I'm not. So long as his touch stays as shot as it has been, I'm not worried at all. Its a lot easier to score playing for Everton against open teams. It would be a lot harder when 70% of the league park the bus against United and the other 30% his team will park the bus against. I guess i he can look forward to a fair game against Arsenal and Everton.
He took his goal well at our place last year although someone fucked up Stones/Otto? He also destroyed Mangler one day a bit back but not sure what that says.
He is certainly not world class but he is still young and there may be scope for improvement. It will be interesting to see how he copes on the big stage but I
for one am not too worried as I doubt if he will be instrumental in bringing the Rags up to the next level.

City are said to want a permanent deal and value Hart at around £20million, but West Ham would prefer a one-year loan. [Evening Standard]
I cant see us getting close to to 20 mil for him the way things are going. I think a reasonable price now would be 13/14 million.

There are fans on here who think Hart has become a liability in goal. He hasn't improved since 2011-2012, but he is still Englands no 1 and much better than many playing in the PL. 20 million to me seems a decent sum especially if it's a transfer within the borders of the the Premier League. With the exception of the rags who we should charge 30 million. Minimum ...

I Think its time we put it to bed.Pep obviously does not have Joe in his plans .West Ham are a great club and with all due respect are not seen as a direct threat at this point in time.I think its suited to both parties, but I for one am sad to see him go if it goes ahead.I have been since the fallout at the start of last season and the resulting comedy of Bravo.

Of course they would, West Ham are all mouth, how many players have they been after so far this summer?. All the board want to do is take as much money out of the club as they can whilst still staying in the premier league. It's the same as they did to Birmingham City, and look how they left that club and who they left it with.

I was just relating his price to the demand, which suprisingly to me is virtually nothing. Clearly we want rid, but seems no one really wants him. Hopefully once the transfers start moving then a few teams come in for him.

Yep. 11 days in to the transferwindow. And despite half of it just silly rumours, Id say there is definitely interest in Hart. Doesn't mean delas are being concluded straight away.

I hope for his sake as well he gets a good deal. I know he gets a lot of stick of some people on here and generally else where, but he has still been a huge element of our success over the last 7 years or so. I'm glad that we have moved on, but i genuinely hope things go well for Joe also.
