The Messi story is interesting if only because of the presidential election.
If he really is pissed off with the current regime and there is no change then who knows?
Forget Pogba, he'd be the ultimate statement signing, totally different level.

Over half the under 10s in England would suddenly be getting their parents to buy them City shirts
with Messi's name and number on for Christmas.
I always remember how John McEnroe changed from the devil incarnate to loveable rogue after
