I think the problem with a good few clubs is what to do with the amount of players that are surplus to the squads.
The rags appear to be struggling to offload the likes of Garnacho, Rashford and Sancho.
We know that we have a squad that is overstocked.
Chelsea appear to be the worst of all though.

God only knows how they pass FFP/PSR when they've had a few years out of the Champions League and make less Commercial revenue than Spurs - whilst having the highest net spend over the last 5 seasons. Like the FA just turn a blind eye to it all. Can see why Newcastle and Villa supporters are vocal about this.

What they doing now won’t be seen known about till next year accounts so they have time to find any loop hole spare team to sell if it looks like they going to fail!

It's wrong. They've been spending like Rockefeller ever since Boehly took over.

I'm not bitter or bothered at all, but if this was City doing this ....

When Mutu got banned, they successfully sued him for tens of millions.
Don't think they ever actually got a penny off him though.

The big difference is that we are really well run. So when we spend money we get a better squad and team. Other clubs just piss money away.

Chelsea will suffer from this. In 3 or 4 years most of these players will have failed to make the grade will either have been paid off to leave or will be sat around Stinking out the place.
 
Chelsea’s loan policy is ripe for a look at. They had 20 odd players out this year! Isn’t there some rule about loans needing to be for player development or something?

u21 or club trained players dont count against the limits.

They've "made" £275m in the last year from selling the hotel and women's team. That alone enables them to spend whatever they want. They could in theory spend over a billion in one window and they'd be fine for that year with that income.
