It will be interesting to see what their budget actually is, With Fred at around £50 million and this guy at £15 million that's £65 million, they are hoping for £20 million back from Darmian so a net spend of £45 million, they then still need another fullback, a striker and a right winger and are being strongly linked with the CB at Spurs. For quality players in these positions they must be looking at £150+ million taking the total spend around the £200 million mark.

remember him running the game against us at our place on the rare occasion Wenger got his tactics right (double up on Dave and kick him out of the game). Was a very talented player but has gone through some horrendous problems, hopefully he can have a nice swansong in Spain.
