Levy not like him to spend the cash so early! But champs league game they will make a fortune in the home games..

One thing though with Conti it has run smoothly or the blame game moaning will come out..

Reckon Conti would have made certain demands for him to stay at Spurs…He is a top manager Conti however his record in the CL is awful.

Not sure it’s brilliant, it’s a bit second tier but an improvement on last season. They still have to pay for Becantour and Kulusevski if they want to keep them, around £70m. Bissomua £25m, Richarlison £50m, Spence about £20m, that’s their reported spend done so there may be some in’s and out’s on loan or deals but these players are not top class.

But they fit into Conte’s system and he is as good as klopp and just a level below pep for me. Conte will make it work. Problem is for how long but I maintain I think they will win something this year

Valid point in my opinion though 'shite' is stretching it somewhat as a description. While many of us moan at Sterling's inconsistency, I'd take him over Richarlison in a heartbeat. Different gravy as someone once said.

It neatly sums up where the rags are in the footballing universe just now. At one time, those two clubs wouldn't have been mentioned in that same sentence. Long may it continue.
 


He's a talented player to keep an eye on. Only 22. Top 5 (among midfielders in Ligue 1) in progressive passes, progressive carries, interceptions and tackles won. If he performs well in the Prem, big teams will be after him.

Definetly different gravy, but yeh for 50 million he's shite, I'm sticking with that
