Well Chelsea is literally selling like crazy too. Look how many players they sold and loaned out. Meanwhile we are having problems selling even 1 of the Uncs.

And, they’ve got contracts, as Pep has said a thousand times, so any deal has to be tight for them as they come to the end of their careers.

Yes, it’s important to freshen up the squad every year, but if the club organize the contract ladder this way, this is the result!

I find the talk around transfers and contracts compelling.
For example, What could Ederson and Gala possibly be “negotiating” for three weeks?
How long are the meetings?
You could bring peace to two warring nations in that time with talks.

Surely any transfer or contract could be sorted one way or another in one meeting of say, 8 hours long??
