Recently started at a place near Victoria station. Hardest workout I've done, and I've done the bootcamps, tabatta, and insanity workouts.
Wish it was on Sky rather than ESPN over here as it would be much bigger.

Doesn't bother me what channel it's on, watched it online for over a decade now lol...
And yea MMA is a great workout, I enjoyed my time training and competing.
I'd like to get back into it but pointless really as I have no intention to compete... More interested in getting my grades in BJJ.
