The use of music in rdr2 is incredible. Largely background then a few big hitters at poignant moments.

That's the way it is did me for days.

I found I couldn't make argue be bad towards the end.

Started the game wishing i was John, now I think I prefer Arthur

I did get a peaceful end as such. Not looked up alternatives yet

I haven't finished the main story yet (200 hours in) but thanks to your and hellos post I am now pretty sure what the ending is gonna be.

If only there was something on the forum that you could use to hide information from people who don't want to know what you know.

I haven't finished main story either, no idea how to do spoilers on tapatalk. I'm sorry if I ruined it for you, however nothing I said actually gave anything away.

so in your post you didn't mention that you change from playing as Arthur and end up playing as John? My mistake as I am pretty sure you state that you wanted to play as John first and now after becoming John realise that you much preferred playing as Arthur (something I am guessing you can't do once you start playing as John)

Still can't do spoilers. But I did start the game wishing I was John . Ie after red dead 1.

But after many hours of Arthur I now prefer him.

Apologies if I ruined anything. I really didn't intend to.

I've been trying to remember the name of an old PC game. It involved controlling soldiers (up to 5 I think) around a maze avoiding traps and killing enemies. It was top down and had small cartoon like sprites which got promoted with each successful mission. I specifically remember the odd farmer shouting 'Oi, get orf my land'.

Any one got a better memory than me? I've got the sneaky feeling it started with a 'C' but I may be off with that.

Cannon Fodder?

Bit late to the party I know but just started my RDR2 adventure; so much to do, and the detail that's gone into it is what makes it so enjoyable.

But one annoyance so far is that L2 is used for both interacting with folk and aiming your gun, I'm forever intending to go talk to an NPC and aiming a gun straight at their chest which never goes down well.

So true. The amount of folks I’ve taken out when I just want to talk to them! Haha

This seems really common, but honestly, I've never done it. Just don't walk around with your gun out?

Just finished it, going for a second round now!! Best game I've played for years!!!

Because just webswinging around New York is so fun all the little side-missions and 'collectible' stuff is great fun as well as the story. The only bits I've not really been a fan of are the small missions where you take control of another character but other than that its incredible.
