General Videogame Thread

Freelancer Mode of Hitman III is the game i always come back to again and again. Ridiculously unforgiving, frustrating and swear word inducing but strangely addictive.

If you have not played it.
All the hitman maps with randomly chosen ordinarily NPC's as targets leading to a "Leader" that you only have a vague description of and lookalikes added with different "Tells"

starting off with very minimal weapons/tools, silence pistols and others have to be found and taken over into later rounds from your Gun Wall or bought with the in game currency which you lose 1/2 of every time you fail a mission.

Great mode highly recomended

I've added a few things...trees, grass, nice interiors, extra buildings/ towns, more outfits and crafting...trouble is Whiterun looks so good now I'm having trouble leaving!!
I think in my head es6 is going to be the greatest game of all time, no doubt I’ll either be dead or very disappointed.

Playing Alan Wake II at the moment. Just can't get into it.
I thought it was excellent. Though i've played all the previous ones that were tied to it (Alan Wake Remastered and Control) so I feel more invested in the lore. Also i'm pretty happy with games rather slow paced and little action.

I like Control. Not played the original Alan Wake.

Reviews out for Stalker 2 at 2pm gmt (today) so plan to get that if it isn't broken on launch.
