1- the people last week were actually protesting a cause.

2- if 100 people out of 100,000 cause trouble and 100 people out of 500 cause trouble is that the same to you?

No I agree that of those that kicked off they are both in the wrong, attacking the police isn't right, if you want reform then it has to come through voting.

All I'm saying is; that the bigger picture is important for context and there was no positive message in todays protests.

A statue of a slave trade in bristol,you need to read up on him,they have wanted that out of Bristol for a long time,it was not violence against a person,churchill said many racist things,you need to read that as wel!,i agree with tipping the slave trader in the river ,not so much spray painting churchill

I'm saying that the 100 people in both groups are the same. They are utter scum and should be called out as such.

Come off it.

You know that you will find very few condoning the violence in either circumstance.

For you to make "condemn all violence" your main take from the myriad of issues at play here is ridiculously simplistic and obvious.

Everyone (bar mad outliers) takes that view.

You also know that merely parroting that line over and over detracts from recognising the huge differences as to why and how the majorities of both crowds were there.

Why are you so keen to avoid recognising that but desperate to repeat that "violence is bad" as if people don't know that or are arguing against it?

That’s not what people are doing though, is it? There are plenty of people saying both sides are as bad as each other, They’re not. Be side has good intentions one side has bad intentions that’s the root of it.

My dad used to tell stories about how ‘County’ used to kick off with anyone not from Stockport, even if they were County fans, when the away team didn’t turn up with anyone.

That video is ten times worse, it’s the most tragic thing I’ve seen for a long time.

All I see on the tv is a bunch of middle aged blokes getting a kicking. They do this every couple of months so i'm not sure why they're getting the media coverage now.


They'll do it again in two months time.

Is there a difference between those with justified anger and rage taking things too far, and a load of pissed up hooligans and morons who would currently be causing havoc across Europe had the Euros not been postponed? In my view, yes.

I'm sure there were people that didn't give a fuck about justice that used BLM as an excuse to go rioting last week. They are uber cunts, obviously.
