Anyway, let's follow your advice and wait for all the evidence and facts. Or does that only apply in one direction for you?
That said whatever the facts turn out to be, this sounds like an argument for funding the police MORE and not defunding. As the lady said, she asked for a crisis specialist. If the police don't have funding that allows for crisis specialist trained officers, isn't that an argument for more funds and not less? I

Maybe he grabbed a cop's gun as he was running away? Maybe he was too agitated with his Autism and Aspergers for the cops to deal with, so they tried to end him? Maybe he was a MASSIVE 13 year old and they feared for their lives... as he ran away...

Maybe the mother is lying as she breaks down on cam...?

But, yes, let's wait for the "facts" where kids, literally KIDS, are concerned so the police can defend themselves.

I have time for a lot of people, time to discuss issues with a new POV, but regardless of this child having a temper tantrum the police have done wrong and your willingness to not to condemn an unnecessary action speaks volumes of a lack of Humanity.

From May to August the murder increase is more than 50%
Shootings in August are over 2.5 times that of last year
