Rather than move this as we always have to do with these types of threads and then be accused of Pro Israel bias I am going to lock this thread until the morning to let people calm down a little, the last thing we want to do is end up banning and warning people. Then may be we can discuss this in a more civilised manner

So let me get this right, you employ the well worn Zionist trick of turning criticism of the Israeli state into criticism of all Jews, people rightly get angry about that, so you lock the thread (out of the goodness of your heart) so those understandably angry posters don't get banned (apart from Daz that is) ?


I honestly think it would benefit the whole forum if mods didn't contribute to threads they are moderating, especially when those contributions are deliberately inflammatory. It only serves to create more ill feeling, and people are getting fed up with it.

Well when you get fed up with it you can always change your username (by the way we know who you were the last time you were here), in this incarnation you have constantly being having digs at the moderating team and I can tell you we are mighty fucked off with it

We don't get everything right, but we try our best to keep he forum flowing, we are getting sick and tired of the stick we are getting of a certain few posters on here and totally unfair accusations against us.

I have no problem at all with the moderating team, Squirtyflower is an excellent mod.

I do have a problem with the hypocrisy of certain moderators who post inflammatory comments and then lock threads/remove posts/ban posters, who challenge those comments.

One mod in particular has form for it (not you); the forum would be a much better place if he wasn't a mod, and your job would be a lot less hassle if you didn't have to spend so much time clearing up his mess. But I get that your just looking out for a mate, nowt wrong with that, it seems to be happening more and more of late though.

Like I say, I have no problem with the mod team, I enjoy visiting the forum (for the most part), but if you feel my comments are undermining or insulting you, then ban away.

I thought my initial point re mods not modding threads they are posting in, is a valid one, and I stand by it.

It's odd, I don't remember anyone punching David Cameron for actually putting trade restrictions on Russia? Yet if you even say you think people should boycott Israel, you deserve to be beaten up? Curious. Seems like once again Israel has managed to mug morons into believing that Israel and Judaism are one and the same, to nicely deflect any criticism of their state sponsored murder with the tried and tested "anti-semitism" defence.

The people I feel sorry for is the sensible jewish people who have nothing to do with Israel, who suffer as a result of Israel using their religion(much like the innocent muslims who suffer from the negativity caused by Muslim nutters like ISIS). If this was a Tory MP the story wouldn't of been dropped the day after, the attackers picture would of been used the picture of him wearing a inflamitory Israel Defence force T shirt would certainly of been used. But this comes of no supprise to those who watch the subtle and not so subtle bias the media have shown for the last few weeks. The media outlets who insist on referring to Israeli people dying as "being killed" while reporting the much larger Palastinian slaughter as "losing their lives" won't think twice of imposing a media blackout on a radicalised Israeli assaulting a member of parliament because of his beliefs.
