Loved Kinky to bits, but it takes much more then talent/skill to be an offensive player in this side.

We wouldn’t even buy him, he’s not good enough for this squad.

If he was 22 now and just scored 15 goals for Tiblisi he’d be signed up by someone like Cardiff and be a bit of a cult hero for a few years there.

I disagree.

Kinkladze was incredibly gifted and had more than enough technical ability to get in the current set up.

Imagine him surrounded by Silva, Bilva, KDB etc rather than the meat and potatoes team mates he had.

He’d be fucking colossal.

He certainly had the talent for this side, his lack of workrate when things wern’t going his way would’ve been his downfall with pep in charge
