Soft, but probably the correct call. The defender who was marking Schlotterbeck was blocked (by Kimmich).

Looks pretty clear to me, this isn't the NFL, you can't shoulder charge somebody off the ball.

It is creeping in to football, particularly at set pieces. But it's obstruction.Looks pretty clear to me, this isn't the NFL, you can't shoulder charge somebody off the ball.
It's basically something in basketball called 'setting a screen' that sometimes is used in set pieces in football.
That would've been called an illegal screen in the NBA though as he's moving his feet at the last seconds to make sure hw definitely going to block his path ie - 'moving screen'.
