Geronimo Rulli

Works for everybody. We sign him up,he does well at the Olympics, he continues to start at Sociedad. We gain a young quality back up that could potentially fight for 1st choice.

Looks like Caballero is staying for remainder of his contract (1 yr) and then Rulli replaces him
If Willy is happy to stay, It's the best, most sensible solution for all concerned, in my opinion.

No tantrums or strops, when he isn't in the team, just quietly gets on with life.

After his Wembley heroics, why wouldn't he want to stay, Club are doing the right thing by him, he deserves it.

I'm certain Willy is gonna get a lot more support, from the terraces, this season, when called upon.

It will be a solid bit of business by the club. A bit like the Courtois situation when he went to Atletico

All while Pep gets an entire season to decide if Joe can be his keeper or not. Based on the rumors that have circulated over ter Stegen, Bravo, etc I think Joe would be happy with that.

Works for me this thinking.

It maybe helps that Manuel has been unable to secure a job and not take Willy with him.

Really like this signing and he'll be playing another season of first team football in La Liga. Give us a chance to really scout him attentively, even though we'll already have him!

Rulli loaned out, Caballero to see out his final year, Hart to remain no.1.

Sorry to the enthusiasts on the "Ter-Stegen" thread but I believe Hart is here for the long haul.

im not so sure on that i hope that hart will do good and will prove that he can be a pep type of player but i just cant see it..we will wait and see

Putting 2 and 2 together that this deal is done and will be announced soon as well. He's in ARG training with the Olympic team and his hometown media reporting the deal, even going as far as saying his home club Estudiantes will get around £1.5M from the deal.
