There is no way that the red dippers are going to get the 4th slot..with or without the starman.

It makes me laugh how people are writing Liverpool off. They are still a major threat. If they dpo antyhign but lose at the weekend they will be right back in business

gerrard is gettin worse.

first his 'starfishing' this season has increased significantly and now he basically commits an act of GBH/ABH on a portsmouth player.

the FA have to do something about it or it would comfirm to the world that have have the bulletproof sky 4 ethic.

i thought they couldnt do anything if the ref dealt with the incident at the time, and he did give a free kick.

The ref gave ben thatcher a booking and portsmouth a free kick for the foul on Mendes but Thatcher still got a 8 game ban by the FA :)

I thought that rule only came in in the past 2 or 3 years though.

This seems to be very low key in the media and reeks of a cover up and no punishment for Gerrard!

Why is this not being scrupilixed by the media?

I agree with him to an extent that we can't COMPLETELY write them off.

However, I don't think it is a case of them being 'right back in business' if they get anything from Sunday. They HAVE to win imho, as we already have 2 games in hand and a point is not enough for them, I reckon.

So, we can't write them off BUT Spuds and Villa are bigger threats imho.
