My old man has chronic COPD and has had several bouts of this so i know how hard and difficult it can be.

My wife had all the same symptoms after a similar heavy fall. Four days later went into A&E. Two broken ribs and a punctured lung which had completely deflated. They were amazed that she had persevered with it for so long and climbed the 199 steps in Whitby the day before and drove herself there.

Good that's it's nothing sinister, get well.
