hey guys, I am ready to order my kit online and would appreciate some advice on sizing. I am a bit roundish. not slim but not obese either, somewhere in the middle. I usually squeeze into a large.

how do I size up these fitted kits though? just measure my chest and that's it? any advice from Kit owners....
